How would I center the picture as a block and the Figure
Caption as a single line in "mm". I tried the following
without success.

 		  .DF
		  .DS CB
		  picture description
 		  .DE
		  .DS C
		  .FG "Figure Caption"
		  .DE
		  .DE

Any suggestions welcome.
