I tried a few times to get the user message accounting function to
work, and I could never insert my own records into the accounting
file.  I tried calling $SNDACC and did not take the extra effort to
figure out how to use $SNDJBC.  Does anyone have examples of code
that will insert arbitrary messages into the accounting file?  The
user_message flag is turned on when I do SHOW ACC, so it should be
doing it.  I am trying to log usage of a program without having to
have my own file to keep track of the users.
