I am in need of a working c compiler for a project on cursive script
recognition, preferably GNU cc . I hope there is a friendly soul out
there on arpa that has already ftp'ed the relevant *.exe files from
rdss.ucar.edu and who is willing to SEND/VMSDUMP them to the address below.
