Alternatively, the entire thing (all 20,000+ pages) is supposed to be available on a single CD-ROM disc. By the way: I understand that 6.6 million (yes 6.6x10**6) pounds of paper are required to print the doc sets to be distributed. Yeesh. I wonder that county got denuded this time.
