Can you suggest articles or sources where I can read what is
going on in (being proposed or adopted) for Layer 7 of the
USI model???

I'm particularly interested in the abstract syntax to be used
to describe the Application Protocol Data Units (APDUs).  In
addition, how does the proposed syntax impact the semantics
expressed within the APDUs???
