[comp.sys.amiga.* gets a lot of messages in two weeks! :-) ]

Bill Hawes said he was surprised at the number of people using ARexx
as a programming language; he had only intended it to be complete and
small, so programs could use it for IPC and macros.  Turns out since
so many people use it as a programming langauge (it's great for
prototyping), he's working on improving its performance.
