I am looking for some software that does CCITT Group 3 (and optionally
Group 4) compression and expansion.  The sofwtware would ideally take the
form of a function library.  It must be able to convert CCITT Group 3 to Sun
rasterfile (less the header).  The software should not be public domain as
it may (read likely) will end up in a product.  Send specifications and
costs back to me (directly) please.  If this sounds a little vague mail back,
I can be much more specific.
