on the convex c series complex data types - complex *8 and complex *16
are vectorized directly without library calls of any type.  this
includes complex add,subtract, multiply and divide, as well as real
and imag part.  this is generalized to include complex data types
executed under if statements or intrinsics that will accept complex
data type.
