  Well, I seem to remember that you could do
	STC2	STAK,DI		; save IC+2
	TRA	PROC		; enter routine
and then just ret from the routine. This doesn't save the flags, and
uses two instructions in the call instead of one, but it should work
unless hardware stacks are broken, too.
