I am about to post to comp.protocols.tcp-ip a document describing how
to configure a TCP/IP-based network.  This is a companion paper to my
Introduction to the TCP/IP Protocols.  I intended a bit more material
on configuration of certain common servers, and dealing with common
types of problems, but it seems worth putting the material in this
document out for comments.

The posting is in three parts, so that none of them goes over the
64Kbyte limit that seems to afflict some of the paths used by the news
system.
