What you want to do is make sure your mail handler and editor are not bound to each other. A lot of mailers out there (including the one I'm using) will drop you into the editor of your choice while preparing your e-mail. Exit from the editor transfers the text back to the mail handler so it can do its work. This allows you to provide your clientele with any editor that pleases them -- individually customized with preferences in the login profiles. Rex Buddenberg
