I asked this a couple of weeks ago, but got no response.  On the chance that
the question is so common that everybody thought someone else would answer it,
I'll ask it again:  Is there a program around to convert texinfo files into
nroff/troff input?  Unless I'm missing something, it doesn't like it would be
too hard to write, but I'd rather not reinvent it.

I was at the GNU BOF at the SF Usenix and I'm sure that somebody said that they
had this (I think it was someone from Canada), but unfortunately I didn't
pursue it at the time.
