There isn't a VCR interface, as far as I know... Except for outputting 
Mac graphics/text to a VCR via NTSC signals. 
  
No one makes a VCR interface or software, and the accuracy of VCR control 
is questionable (No reasonably easy way to switch from a frame in the front 
to the end besides a 10 minute wait for rewind).  No frame numbers, either.
