As Ron Natalie mentioned, the IBM 3812 will be supporting AFP. The
release date for the upgrade to PSF to allow this is September '88.
The DVI => AFP converter is on the
standard TeX distribution for VM/CMS. I also believe that it is
(or will be) on the MVS distribution tape as well.
