Through an oversight, I permitted broadcast of a message that was purely a
"yes, please send me the code" message.  As a general policy, I do not
forward such messages to the list.  Authors should make sure that an
accurate reply address is included with their original postings as
frequently such header information gets badly munged as it travels around
the various nets.  I suppose it wouldn't hurt to include postal address and
phone number too.
