I am using the stdcmos technology in magic.  We have a number of library
files in caesar format (that came with CAESAR) and they are in cmos-pw
technology.  I have tried to convert these into magic files by first 
creating the cif file using caesar and then reading it in magic.  
But this conversion does not seem to work for all library files.  Has
anybody attempted this before?  Is there a simpler way to make the 
conversion from caesar to magic format?
