I had one for a while as a development tool. Designed by brute force. I ran CP/M 68k on it (yeech); I think OS-9 is available for it. Since there is virtually no software written to run under CP/M 68k, I suggest you contact Microware (Microway?) about OS-9. Much better OS. Motel computers died a few years ago, but I did meet the people who designed the board, and, as it happens, I went to school with the fellow that wrote the BIOS for the thing.
