In Minix 1.3 posting #23 (Important announcement), Andy refers to the new
tools/init.c.  However, 1.3 posting #31 concerning the 1.3b tools only
contains a fix to fsck.c and a copy of ttys.  Has anyone seen the new init.c
and anything else from the tools directory?
