Is there any way to call the LSE editor (or  any VMS  editor) so that
it only uses part of a terminal screen?  I'd like to  call and editor
that only uses the bottom half of the screen, while the top half is
used for  something else.   Could  it somehow  be assigned  to an SMG
virtual display?  Any help would be appreciated.
