Could someone with access to a written spec for the DEC Mail 11
protocol take a look and tell me what I need to do to send the
new VMS 5.0 CC (carbon copy) line?  Sometime in the long ago past,
I'd figured out how to send a old vms 4.0 message and its far
from obvious how to include the cc line.

Note, please don't tell me about the Mail program!  I'm sending
the message from within a program using a DECNet session to a
remote machine.
