Does anybody out there have a good/fast tape copy utility?  I would like
the following features:
        1) direct tape-to-tape
        2) tape-disk-tape
        3) Absolutely NO translation
        4) Source in either C or Fortran
The one I am now using takes well over an hour to do a tape-tape, and surely
there must be a better one out there than that.
