No doubt, I am missing something quite basic in the discussion about
the Suppress-Telnet option.  Would someone please describe to me why it
would not be better -- and vastly simpler -- simply to have a straight
TCP connection to the remote host's pseudo-terminal driver?  I.e., bypass
the telnet protocol engine entirely.
