                  ANNOUNCEMENT OF MILNET PSN UPGRADE

This is a notice that PSN 7.0 software containing the implementation
of the new End-to-End protocols will be released to the MILNET within
the next few weeks.  The earliest possible date would be 5 August
1988.  More information will follow as it becomes available.
