I've been trying to add in the new patch code, but it seems trade.h is
missing (at least from my copies).  Anyone have it?  Also, how does one
win at conquer3?  I've gotten countries going for so long, and with
about 3/4 of the powers, and it just gets silly after a while.  What's
the ultimate goal?
