This software is available by anonymous ftp, but not being on the internet makes that a little difficult. I do have some GNU software and diff files that I could exchange in return for the favour of getting CTeX (GNU Emacs 18.51, GCC 1.24, GDB and various incarnations of G++ and GDB+).
