I am interested in any programs, public domain or commercial, which 
given a list of parameters, will calculate the best possible delivery
route. I am posting this message for a friend and am not familiar 
with his application. He is willing to consider anything remotely
associated with routing applications, but will require sources as
extensive modifications are expected.
