I don't know if such software is commercially available, but if not, an interesting starting point to develop such software internally is to consider pathalias and related mail-routing programs. These programs have a routing "cost" parameter, in addition to being able to maintain a database of "delivery companies" (i.e., the map files). Obviously, the sources are readily available at no cost. In addition, I believe that at least one person has developed compatible graphics software to plot maps of routes on a laser printer (although I can't recall the person or site offhand). <> Larry Lippman @ Recognition Research Corp., Clarence, New York <> UUCP: {allegra|ames|boulder|decvax|rutgers|watmath}!sunybcs!kitty!larry <> VOICE: 716/688-1231 {att|hplabs|mtune|utzoo|uunet}!/ <> FAX: 716/741-9635 {G1,G2,G3 modes} "Have you hugged your cat today?"
