Could someone please bail me out of the hot water I placed myself in?
I fixed ARC521 (recently posted) to read my existing UNIX archives
with 14 character names.  And then arced up the source code....well,
I went to un-arc it to make some more changes and the arc extract won't
handle 14 character names.

Anyway, please send me to source to ARC521 so I can get things straight.
