A few years ago I saw a "Buzz Word generator" put out by Control Data.
You selected 4 clauses , 1 from each group of 10 such waffle clauses.
(ie. There were 4 such groups )  When strung together they produced a
very public-service-like or legal-type sounding sentence that
basically said nothing...but it did it very well.  

I am told that there is a program 'repgen' or ( ?? ) that does the same

Does anyone have a copy of this that could be posted on the net, please.
