"Software Manual for the Elementary Functions" by
William J. Cody, Jr. and William Waite
(Prentice-Hall, 1980) contains Fortran code to check
the accuracy of many elementary functions.  It also
gives the values generated by implementations on
IBM and CDC machines for comparison.
