In Canada, there is a program called the Amiga Action Team.  It is a group of
university students who visit Amiga Dealers to provide them with basic
training, sales tips, solutions, and overall support to help the salespeople
become more knowledgeable.  This is a summer project by Commodore Business 
Machines Ltd. (Canada).  Hopefully this program will leave behind a strong
network of knowledgeable sales people in retail stores across Canada.
