     I also am addicted to Empire, for the second time where the first was
a few years ago on a mainframe.  Last Saturday I recieved a letter informing
me of an update to Empire.  The update is free!!  Just send in your orginal
disk and they will send back the update.  This is an unusual and great policy.
I hope they sell a great many copies of Empire.  They should, it is a great
game and they treat their customers well.

     Also, are there any Empire players out there who wish to take part in
a play-by-mail game of Empire.  I am looking for play-by-mail opponents.
