I discovered that there is a new version 2.2 of Express Paint by PAR
and was wondering if anyone out there could describe the new features.
This would help me in making the decision of whether to spend
$15.00 for update + $3.00 for shipping + postage to send original
copy of express paint back to them.

This update and its cost was a little upsetting seeing that I just
recieved my copy of express paint 2.0 in the mail and had not even
registered. Its almost as bad as buying an Amiga 1000 a day before
they released the information about the 500 and 2000.
