Keywords: Can ya use the standard serial drivers for MIDI ? Message-ID: <1567@edison.GE.COM> Date: 14 Jul 88 14:19:44 GMT Lines: 15 I've been having some problems finding any code examples that use the serial port for MIDI. I have been fooling with some things on my own with just the R/K manuals and Manx C, but so far I have been unable to receive any MIDI messages. (Sending seems to work OK though) I am most interested in sysex messages, so I don't need any real accurate timing info, just a quick send and receive. Could some enlightened soul out there give me some pointers as to how to use the serial port for MIDI and how to make any software I may write multi-task with other MIDI programs ? Thanks, Martin
