  Hi boys and girls,

  Here is one for the techie types, I can't seem to locate my A2000 specs so
I'll ask here and hope to get an answer.

  On two of my A2000's when bridgeboard boots, I get the following message:


1701
E0000h Optional ROM bad Checksum = 47h



Board boots fine, but all Ami-2088 communication thru Lady Janus is not working
If I change the janus interface address (pcprefs) I dont get the ROM error,
but Janus is still not happy.

 Is this the symptoms of a Janus that has left this world for the great beyond?
If so, anyone know the current price of a new Janus chip?

Please reply to me directlly, as no human has the time to chug thru this
newsgroup and live to tell about it anymore...
