How is WaitForChar() supported?  I mean, how can you make your own handlers
work with it?  It seems to be the only way to read with timeout, detect if
a character is ready, or whatever, and if it's not supported, then there's
no way.

Also, could somebody please send me an AUX: handler (preferrably one that
supports WaitForChar(), but any one will work).  Thank you.
