I have a UK Atari 1040 with the SM125 monochrome monitor, and I'd like to bring it to the States to use. A transformer should take care of the voltage difference, but what about the 50/60 Hz difference? I've heard that the SM125 can handle both frequencies (and actually uses a 70 Hz refresh rate) but what affect will it have on the 1040? Would a power supply swap solve the problem? I'd appreciate any advice you could give. Mike Izsak IZSAK@uk.ac.oxford.vax Osney Laboratory, Oxford University __________________________________________________________________
