On a 3B2/300 running 3.0 hdefix -p generates:

slot#   from blk#     to blk#
    0           0           0
    1           0           0
    2           0           0

    more of the same
 
   61           0           0
   62           0           0
   63           0           0

Normally I would expect to see non-zero blk numbers in the from and to columns.
Do all the zeros really mean that I have 64 bad blocks and that I need a new
disk or is something else wrong?  I tried running hdefix -a but it didn't
accomplish anything.
