A PLUS/4 reference guide does (or did) exist.  As I recall, it was simply
named the PLUS/4 Reference Guide by Cindy Merten and Sarah Meyer.  I think
it was published by Howard W. Sams & Co., Inc., 4300 West 62nd ST.,
Indianapolis, Indiana, 46268.
