I recently downloaded windows.arc from comp.binaries.  UUDECODE
successfully decoded windows.arc, but pkxarc hangs up.  (I've waited
about 10 minutes and it never comes back.)  The file is created
but there are 0 bytes in it.  I've tried redownloading and redecoding
but with the same result.  
Any hints, was it a bad upload?
Do I need some options that I'm not aware of?
I have downloaded and decoded and run other software, so the system works.

Please e-mail if possible, I just can't keep up with this group!
