We received a tape with modified X11 binaries and source from IBM along with 
the latest (?) version of BSD 4.3; our previous attempts to get the standard
XV11R2 to compile and work had all failed.

The IBM-supplied X11, dated 22 January 1988, only barely works: it has
more bugs than I can remember and crashes often.  

Does anyone have a more recent X11 up and running on the RT under BSD
4.3?  I work on the RT only occasionally and don't have the time to
modify the standard release to make it work.
