I think these files need to be "unpacked" with either PackIt (PIT files), or StuffIt (SIT! files). Acquire a copy of each of these, make them accessible, and double click on the BinHexed files. PackIt or StuffIt should be invoked, and ask you about unpacking. Do the obvious (StuffIt may not be obvious).
