The July 1988 Issue of MacUser has pages and pages of information on CAD
applications for the Mac.  It lists two in the ECAD field.

Note that both of these systems are not just for drawing electronic circuits
but they also maintain the net list, allow for board lay out, and do automatic
routing.  These are nowhere close to public domain and in fact a fully loaded
system from either vendor will cost you about $1,500.
