The text FullWrite uses to build citations is at the bottom of STR# 2013.
You can change it easily with ResEdit.  I changed " page " to the null
string and it worked fine.  Of course, the button in the dialog still
says "page", but you can fix that too, if you want.

Of course, if you open your document with another copy of FullWrite, it'll
say " page " again.
