Maple for the Macintosh (version 4.0, requires MPW) comes from:
   Symbolic Computation Group
   Department of Computer Science
   University of Waterloo

The publisher Brooks/Cole is supposedly coming out with a stand-alone
Maple (not requiring MPW) in September.  But we all know how often
software is released on time.
