How do you set the working directory to a certain DirID (number).  Inside
Mac IV-98 mentions the function OpenWD, but this call is undocumented
and is not recognized by LSC 3.0.  There is a PBOpenWD, but I have no
experience with parameter blocks and would prefer something higher-level.
