It's very close to a VT-52. It was designed for word processing. The DEC Tech rep referred to it as their first Stand Alone. The Ref Manual goes for $84. My VAX sysop at NYU has never heard of them. Most people haven't. (I love obscure hardware - i just picked up 2 KSR 33 TTY's - :-) Ok, what I would ask of you: Have any of you heard of these things? Do any of you have one? What about manuals? What did the Tech rep mean by standalone? Stuff like that. I really like this - it's fun getting responses from DEC like "Well, no one here would know about it because they weren't here when it was in production!" Stuff like that. Well, anyway. Thanks in advance for any info. If you want, you can call me at work (10-7 or so) at (301) 890 1600. Or at home (try around 11 pm) (301) 474 4890 Thanks again. Jailbait.
