That's a DEC word processing workstation based on an Intersil chip.
It runs the PDP-8 instruction set, so there's a mountain of obsolete-
but-fascinating software available.  It was the first "integrated"
PDP-8 system, but of course it was preceded by a lot of variations
on the '8.
