I would like to center figure as a block and figure caption as a
single line and I want them inside a .DF/.DE pair. I tried the
following without success,

	.DF
	.DS CB
	Figure Description
	.DE
	.DS C
	.FG "Figure Caption"
	.DE
	.DE

I could compile the above code. I need the effect of the above
(i.e. I want the figure inside a .DF/.DE pair) as I don't want
to leave a lot of blank lines in my report by using .DS/.DE
pair. Any help or suggestions are welcome.
