I need to do some surgery on AmSTeX fonts (primarily MSXM and MSYM),
but at our site we only have old SAIL-METAFONT sources for the fonts.

If it's OK to copy them, could some kind soul send me the .mf files
for msxm and msym? (Or, if I have to talk to AMS about it, what's
their email address?)
